Despite having just celebrated her 99th birthday, the legendary Betty White looks stronger and happier than ever.
To prove to everyone that age is just a number, she also has the kinds of activities you usually see in teenagers. Recently, the famous actress posed with a giant bear, and she even kissed him.
As one of the most popular comedians America ever had, Betty White is also known for her love of animals.
Her affection and tenderness for animals have made her one of the world’s most notorious animal rights advocates.
For over 40 years, she volunteered for the Los Angeles Zoo and the Morris Animal Foundation. Betty loves them all from the bottom of her heart, from the smallest kittens or puppies to the big bears.
The 99-year-old grandma recently won everyone’s heart with an adorable moment she shared with one of the residents of the Los Angeles Zoo – a brown bear named Bam Bam.
Although that scene was the purest form of love a human and a massive monster could share, Betty admitted she was quite nervous at first.
“It was the scariest thing I’ve ever done,” she said. “It was enjoyable, but also a challenge. On the other hand, I am really the luckiest old broad alive. Half of my life is doing what I love, and the other half is working with animals.”
Everyone who knew Betty said she was nothing but a charming lady with the kindest heart. One of her friends, Tom Sullivan, once said of her: “I believe that Betty White can seduce the savage beast.
Although Betty always treats people with dignity, respect, and charm, she has a closer relationship with animals than humans. ”
