A diver has captured the breathtaking moment he was immersed into a school of thousands of fish.
On a recent trip to the Maldives, Ziad Al-Turki, a seasoned scuba diver who has been diving for 22 years, discovered this unusual sight while exploring the sea at Kuda Huraa.
Ziad was enthralled by the Lunar Fusiliers, who were surrounding him from all angles, after a few minutes of snorkeling.
“They had to pull me out of the water to leave because I forgot about everything once I put my head in the water.”
I’m completely at ease underwater because my thoughts are focused only on the dive and the aquatic world.
“Typically, home reefs are just a bit of filler, but I was blown away. “It was fascinating to watch them as they were unending and resembled a wall of fish. “Watching schooling fish is very soothing because they’re so elegant and peaceful.”
