With the cold season approaching, I am sure that this sweet little story will warm your hearts. Kyle Krier’s beautiful family also has a black Labrador named Bo. But one day, earlier this month, the dog just ran out of the house and lost his way.
Time was passing and the Kriers were afraid that they would never see their beloved dog again. Fortunately, it turned out that Bo’s big adventure was short-lived. One morning, the puppy somehow found his way back home to Concordia, Kansas. And surprisingly, he was not alone. Kyle’s wife, Laura, received a phone call from someone who had seen Bo not far from his house. So the couple wanted to check that out, and at 5-6 miles away, they spotted their prankster dog alongside another dog and a goat.
“My wife Laura told me there was another white dog in our yard and Bo has left and won’t be back,” the dog’s owner wrote. “We looked for him everywhere and couldn’t find him. We decided to go home and wait for him to come back, but he never did. I went out in the morning to look for him and there was no sign of him anywhere.”
But the smiles quickly returned to their faces after Laura received that phone call. Speaking to a local news release, Kyle explained: “My wife got a call that someone was about to run into a black lab, a white lab, and a goat on the street. My wife called to let me know and I knew right away it was our dog. I left the job immediately. I saw the group outside in a cropped bean field on the east side of the highway. ”
Bo recognized his owners immediately and he jumped out of the car. His newest friend, a white Labrador following him. But with the other Goat friend, it was a bit difficult. However, after Kyle’s encouragement, she jumped in as well. “Hey goat, do you want to get on my truck too?” Kyle said. “Jump in! Get in the back. Just make yourself at home!”
Turning out, Bo’s newest friends were actually quite familiar with Kriers. Named Ozzy and Libby, they belong to Kyle’s neighbors Chris and Shawna Huggans. So, after a hilarious adventure, they were all returned to their homes. Thankfully!
