A cute baby elephant has been found to scratch his itchy rump using a sandy dike.
Shazaad Kasmani, 38, recorded the moment a baby elephant struggled to scratch an itchy place on his body while visiting Tsavo East National Park in Kenya.
The wildlife cameraman was left in stitches as the elephant began rubbing its posterior up and down a sandy ditch.
The baby’s facial expression indicates that it is genuinely enjoying itself.
Shazaad found the video amusing, and he has since decided to share it with his friends and family.
“Elephants do scratch themselves, but trees to cure an itch; nevertheless, this baby’s relief from the scrape is extremely amusing.”
“It’s an African elephant, and watching its wiggling, and trunk-waving emotions was so entertaining. Sorting that scratch seemed to make it feel fantastic.”
