Animals are one of the most adorable things we come across on the internet. Don’t you agree? We see many such videos every day that melt our hearts and cause us to grin.
Each of these animal films, in addition to having a heartwarming effect that we can use any time of the day, also has a useful message. We came upon one such video recently, which featured elephants munching on watermelon slices in a garden.
This short 21-second video was originally uploaded by a Twitter handle named ‘Nature and Animals’.
In the video, three elephants are seen eating slices of juicy watermelon. But it was the infant elephant (among the three) who struggled hard enough to put a slice of watermelon into its mouth that caught our attention.
We could see the slice of watermelon was slipping out of its mouth every time the elephant tried to eat the fruit. Probably the watermelon slice was too big for the calf! “Watermelon time. (Video Courtesy save the elephant foundation),” the video post read.
Isn’t it just adorable? After being published, the clip was swiftly spread, with over 116k views, 5.3k likes, and a slew of replies.
People flooded the video with positive feedback and remarks such as: “Little one looks like he’s covered in watermelon juice,” wrote one.
Another comment read, “All that sucking, chomping, and grunting is music to my ears.” A third user wrote “Kids…. always in the middle of the mess……”
“Baby elephants are so cute, what an adorable baby!” another tweet read.
