If you’ve ever wondered what a group of gleeful bear cubs sounds like, this video is definitely worth to watch. But be careful: you might fall in love with them!
Forest fruits and apples, in particular, bears’ favorite food. So when this sanctuary decided to give their tiny residents a pile of delectable apples, they caught the moment on camera and had the cutest surprise.
These rescued bear cubs’ sound after devouring their nutritious supper is impressive. They startled even the carers, as black bears rarely vocalize.
The adorable scene was caught on camera at the Kilham Bear Center by John Fusco – writer, producer, and wildlife enthusiast – who then shared the moment on Twitter. “Have you ever heard bear cubs make their ‘sound of contentment’?” he wrote in the description of the now-viral footage.
The Kilham Bear Center in Lyme, New Hampshire, is a facility that takes orphaned black bears from across the state of New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. The cubs are cared for and nursed at the center until they are prepared to return to the wild.
During the video, Rae Wynn-Grant, a conservation scientist, said: “They’re obviously in a healthy sanctuary … it kind of makes sense that they would be cooing and telling us how great they feel.”
Needless to say, The apple pile has no chance against these adorable little creatures! You may see the endearing moment in the video below!
