One day, Sara Ryan and her parents noticed the cutest scene ever happening right outside their house.
A sweet little fox was napping peacefully on a tree stump, and they were given a front-row view.
This was definitely the highlight of their day as they have been stuck all day and self-isolating indoors at their home in Canada.
Sara said: They’ve been social-distancing and don’t have pets, so I think they were excited to have something out of the ordinary in their yard!”
The fox was found resting on the remains of a d.e.ad tree, and Sara’s father has been sending her regular updates for days.
When her dad walked out, it was like, “The fox looked up and then went to sleep right away.”
The adorable creature must have felt safe and secure atop the tree he called home for those few delightful days.
“The tree is protected by the garage behind, so it only faces my parents’ yard. I imagine it’s a warm and safe place to take a nap! ”
The fox had designated that place to sleep; Sara’s father often noticed he was gone for a few hours before returning to rest.
“He’s back there snoozing away today!” Ryan said.
Because foxes are nocturnal, he spent most of the day sleeping and h.unt.ing at night.
Sara tweeted pictures of her dad, and everyone seemed to agree that this was really thrilling!
Her tweet went viral within hours, with people around the world flocking to the sweet fox.
“I love that people are falling in love with the fox! It makes sense for people to want a little fun amidst a lot of stress, anxiety, and chaos. ”
“I’m glad one of my viral tweets was a cute tweet in a not-so-cute time.”
