Elephants are bright, sensitive, and sociable animals. The overprotective elephants exhibit selflessness unseen in other wild species when it comes to their babies. Nothing less was shown in this fantastic video, which again demonstrates that elephants are better than humans.

Dok Gaew is a two-year-old orphaned elephant who was saved by the Elephant Nature Park’s volunteers in Thailand. When the rescuers brought the tiny one, he was terrified and perplexed, and the staff worried how his fellow elephants would accept him. Little did they know how the rest of the herd would react.

But the little one was greeted with warmth and affection! When hearing the 2-year-old infant screaming from across the yard, the entire herd rushes to welcome him in one of the most moving animals videos I’ve ever seen.

The other elephants are attempting to comfort him by pushing their trunks touching him. They appear to be overjoyed he’s no longer alone!

The heart-wrenching footage once again demonstrates what animals are capable of when it comes to assisting those in need. Elephants, known for their kind natures, empathy, and friendliness, are incredibly amazing. Maybe people should research them and learn from these incredible creatures instead of being ignorant about them.
