This is the incredible moment of two bear cubs who seem to shake hands like human brothers.
The adorable set of images – which has echoes of the hit animated Disney film – was captured in Kamchatka, Russia.
The cubs can be seen whispering in each other’s ears, much like the famous Hollywood film.
And then, as they stand in the flowing waters of Kuril Lake, the adorable duo appear to shake on their decision – as one offers his outstretched paw.
Professional photographer Sergey Ivanov, 52, said: “At first, it appeared that they had gotten into a little quarrel. Then the one on the right seemed to calm down and extend his paw in a conciliatory manner toward the other cub.
“It appeared like a meeting of two close pals with handshakes. ”
In Disney’s hit Brother Bear, a young Indian brave is transformed into a bear and enlists the help of a real bear cub to help him transform back into a human.
“Bears are definitely my favorite animals,” says Sergey from Kirov, Russia. “Every year, I go to Kamchatka to watch and photograph the brown bears.
“When at home, I miss dearly watching their lives unfold – it is a magical experience to see in person.”
