This lucky boy not only bathed with a rubber duckbut also bathed with real-life ducks!
In 2016, Jennifer Young decided to adopt a baby duckling into the family when her son, Tyler, was just a few months old.
What she didn’t predict was how quickly or slowly the pair bonded together.
Bee AKA Beaker, the duck has been the Tylers’ best friend ever since, so much so that Tyler’s first word is “duck”.
Young said, “They did everything together: play, eat, nap, and so on,” Young said. “Fortunately, he [Bee] is very trainable with a harness.”
Wherever Tyler goes, Bee is sure to be by his side, “From the moment the two wake up to the time they go to sleep, it’s chaotic.”
Bee will ask for food from Tyler while he is eating, and of course, he will find a way to sneak it to him.
The pair will be tearing up Tyler’s room together, and they both look equally guilty as they both blame each other.
Bee is also “very protective of his boy. If I hug Tyler and he cries, Bee will stand at my feet, making sure he doesn’t get hurt. ”
Young had raised ducks before, but Bee was the first ‘domestic duck’ she raised, and so he had to wear diapers, just like Tyler!
Young says: “At first, I laughed when I heard people kept ducks indoors in diapers. “Bee is loyal, intelligent, and as sweet as any dog or cat.”
Young said: “As far as Tyler knows, having a pet duck is the thing to have. “He loves his Beaker, and he’ll tell you that.”
