It’s safe to say that nature is full of beautiful birds. It’s hard to believe that so many of them are even real.
This is a perfect example of this, even the name sounds made up, but we assure you, this bird is real.
So, I present to you the beautiful, amazing, beautiful, incredible brown-and-white warbler.
Native to the deep forests of high-altitude regions of Asia such as the Himalayas.
Their diet consists mainly of small insects and spiders that can be caught on the ground.
They are vigorous foragers, mainly forage their food under tree roots and rocks, although some can be found very heavy.
The brightly colored males show distinct bluey-violet underbodies with a pale-coloured ‘white brow’ (hence the name).
These unique little birds weigh only 6-8g and stretch to 8.5-10cm long.
Both males and females of the species have pale crowns and eyebrows but females generally have a duller appearance.
