The only thing cuter than an otter eating salmon at the table is two otters eating salmon at a table.
Hana and Kotaro, two Asian small-clawed otters, are very popular on the Internet, and for a good reason.

This couple is just too adorable for you to take your eyes off, and their antics are so cleverly hilarious. With over 13 million views, their ‘salmon snacking’ video is just what we all need to see right now.
In a video posted by their owner, Hana pauses her diet and joins Kotaro for a salmon snack.
The video owner wrote that Hana had to go on a diet because she was too chubby.
She happily frolicked and squealed when she saw her salmon.
“Hana is on a diet, so I haven’t fed her salmon for a while.”
It’s pretty clear why Hana is following her diet. The look of absolute happiness on Hana’s face is proof that she’s eating healthily.
“But since she lost a bit of weight, she has a cheat day!”
The video shows two otters sitting at a table waiting to enjoy their food.
The owner recounts the exchange between Kotaro and Hana. To Hana, they write, “It’s all mine,” to which Kotaro replies, “Seriously?”
Hana devoured the salmon in seconds while Kotaro took his time savoring each piece.
After she finished first each and every time, Hana lets out a sad squeal, seeking sympathy. Kotaro still had plenty of salmon left, and Hana jumped at the chance to grab some.
Before she could get too greedy, their snack time was over. Hana is not a happy otter.
Lunchtime came, and the otters were on the table again.
Kotaro was fully enjoying his salmon and was picking it up and letting it fall into his mouth. He clutched a piece in his tiny hand to keep it safe from Hana.
Kotaro was so happy eating the salmon that he didn’t even realize Hana was almost finished with her meal.
“Oops, Hana is almost done!” – the owner happily warned Kotaro.
Hana ate all the salmon in record time and ran across the table to get Kotaro’s food. Luckily the owner snatched it away just in time.
Hana once again crossed the table looking for food, and the owner asked, “Do you want to be fat again?”
To let the otters know she has no more snacks for them, she raised her hand as if to wave goodbye. The otters get the hint and leave the table to wait for their next delicacy.
In another video posted to YouTube by the owner, Hana celebrates her birthday with a conveyer belt ‘sushi’ surprise.
Online viewers shared their love for Hana and Kotaro.
“New life goal: To be happy as these two otters get over a plate of salmon”
“And I think Salmon made me happy. This is a whole new level.”
“I like the way they sit down as human beings.”
