Forget puppy love…it’s all about bunny love! The world’s largest bunnies getting married is sure to make you grin.
The big fat bunny wedding saw loved-up monster rabbits Darius and Honey dressed up in their finest as they said ‘I doe’ with customized carrot rings.
The record-breaking bunny Darius is massive, weighing 2st 5lbs and measuring 4ft 3, while his wife Honey weighs 2st and is 3ft 11.
Annette Edwards, the owner of the ten rabbits, says she instantly fell in love with her bunnies as a result of their devotion. Anette is 65 years old and holds the record for being the oldest Page 3 model. According to Annette, the devoted bunnies can’t bear to be apart from one another.
“Darius is a record-breaking rabbit, and his partner Honey is the biggest lady they’ve ever seen.”
“You know what rabbits are like—they’re always being a little naughty as soon as they meet!”
There was an immediate connection between them.
“Darius is always licking Honey’s face, as though he were kissing her, and she’ll nestle into him.”
“They loved the wedding and enjoyed being together.
They’ll go on a honeymoon and visit the sheep in the field.
“People are shocked when they see Darius and Honey. They can’t believe how big they are.”
“People have never seen rabbits this big before!” they exclaimed.
Seven-year-old Darius his and his new wife Honey, 11 months, are both Continental Giant rabbits –and Annette forks out thousands of pounds every year on carrots and food for the greedy pair.
Darius and Honey are also the proud parents of two adorable six-week-old bunnies – and Annette reckons the babies will grow to be just as big as their mum and dad.
Annette, who has ten children, 14 grandkids, and four great-grandchildren, added: “Darius is a rabbit from a family of huge bunnies, but he’s the most giant bunny in history.
“It’s amazing just how big he is.
“People adore seeing Darius—he is larger than most dogs.”
“The entire family adores him, and he has a mischievous twinkle in his eyes.
“There’s no mystery to raising the world’s biggest rabbit: I just treat them as if they were dogs.”
“I pamper them and indulge them in the odd carrot or 12.”
