A creative photographer has photographed these tiny ants building houses and catching fish together.
Andrey Pavlov from Saint Petersburg, Russia, uses a macro lens to take pictures of ants working together. He then edits these images to make them look like they are working as a team.
He uses no special effects but carefully places the ants in different positions.
From fishing to building houses, Andrey uses no special effects but carefully places the ants in different positions.
Aside from his creative images, Andrei’s greatest accomplishment is that no ants were harmed during their acting debut. Andrey said: “The more time I spend taking photos, the easier it becomes.”
“I prefer to photograph my favorite ants – horse ants.
“I used to work in theatre production, which was a big help when it came to making props – and I chose ants because I respect them and their way of life.
They care about their children and help the elderly. They have been living for millions of years.
“I take my inspiration from human beings, but fortunately for me, they’re quite curious, making them very willing participants.”
“I have designed different scenes, but now I want to focus on the theme of teamwork because ants are probably the most cooperative animals in the world.
